At The STILL Agency, your privacy is not an afterthought. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Application Coverage: This Privacy Policy applies to The STILL Agency website, all services operated by The STILL Agency, LLC, and Social Intelligence: our AI-powered social media automation platform that connects to Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms on behalf of our clients.
We collect information you provide directly to us. This happens when you book a discovery call, fill out our intake form, or reach out by phone or email. The information we collect may include your name, email address, and phone number.
We do not collect information beyond what is necessary to serve you.
We use your information to deliver our services, confirm and manage appointments, and communicate with you about your AI automation and lead generation needs. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your engagement with us.
When you connect a social media account to Social Intelligence, we access your account solely to publish content, respond to messages, and monitor engagement on your behalf. We do not use this access for any other purpose.
Social Intelligence integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, and other platforms to manage content on behalf of our clients. When you authorize these connections, we access only the permissions necessary to deliver your service. We handle all platform data in accordance with each platform's terms and developer policies.
TikTok API Access: When a client authorizes The STILL Agency to connect to their TikTok account, we access the following data via the TikTok API: basic account information (username, profile details), video list and content metadata, and account analytics (views, engagement rates, follower data). This data is used solely to analyze content performance and inform your content strategy. We do not sell, share, or transfer your TikTok data to any third party. TikTok data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver your services. You may revoke our access at any time through your TikTok account settings under Manage App Permissions. We use Anthropic's Claude API and Make.com to power our automation workflows. These services process data only as directed by us in the course of delivering your service.
The STILL Agency uses the Google Ads API to manage paid search campaigns on behalf of clients who have authorized our access. When you engage our Lead Intelligence Platform service, we access your Google Ads account through our Manager Account (MCC ID: 812-800-9776) to deploy campaigns, adjust budgets, refresh ad creative, and retrieve performance data.
The data we retrieve via the Google Ads API is limited to aggregated campaign metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, click-through rate, and cost-per-lead. We do not collect or store personal data about your ad end-users. All performance data is stored in a private internal workbook accessible only to The STILL Agency. It is never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
We use OAuth 2.0 for all Google Ads API authentication. No client Google account passwords are stored by The STILL Agency at any time.
You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Ads account settings. We retain your Google Ads performance data for 12 months after your engagement ends, then delete it upon request.
The STILL Agency uses the YouTube Data API to optimize video metadata on behalf of clients who have authorized our access. When you engage our Social Intelligence service, we access your YouTube account to retrieve video information and modify metadata to improve search visibility and SEO performance.
The data we access via the YouTube Data API is limited to: video titles, descriptions, tags, category ID, and basic video statistics (views, likes, comments). We do not collect or store personal information about your viewers. All video metadata is processed and stored in a private internal system accessible only to The STILL Agency. It is never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
We use OAuth 2.0 for all YouTube Data API authentication. No client Google account passwords are stored by The STILL Agency at any time.
You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings. We retain your video metadata information only while your service is active. Upon service termination, metadata is deleted from our systems within 30 days upon request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, without exception.
If you have opted into SMS communications from The STILL Agency, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts after that.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver your services and meet our legal obligations. When you end your engagement with The STILL Agency, we remove your data from active systems within 30 days upon request.
