Application Coverage: These Terms of Service apply to thestillagency.com, all services operated by The STILL Agency, LLC, and Social Intelligence: our AI-powered social media automation platform that connects to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms on behalf of our clients.
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders to clients who have booked with The STILL Agency and explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through our scheduling forms via a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Messages include confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and direct support communications.
Text STOP to any number that has messaged you from us. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages. To re-enroll, opt back in through our scheduling form.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by service usage and appointment schedule. Contact your wireless provider with billing questions. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. You must be 18 or older to participate. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This website is owned and operated by The STILL Agency, LLC. By accessing it in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
Social Intelligence is a business-to-business social media management service operated by The STILL Agency, LLC. By authorizing Social Intelligence to access your social media accounts, you grant The STILL Agency permission to publish content, respond to messages, and monitor engagement on your behalf in accordance with your service agreement.
All data accessed through connected social accounts is used solely to deliver your contracted services. We do not sell, share, or repurpose this data for any other purpose.
By engaging The STILL Agency's Social Intelligence services, you authorize The STILL Agency to connect to your TikTok account via the TikTok API for the purpose of accessing content performance data and account analytics. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Authorization: You are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to grant access to the TikTok account being connected.
Permitted Use: The STILL Agency will access your TikTok data solely to analyze content performance and inform your content strategy. We will not use your TikTok data for any other purpose.
No Data Selling: The STILL Agency will not sell, license, or transfer your TikTok account data to any third party under any circumstances.
Revocation: You may revoke access at any time through TikTok's settings under Manage App Permissions. Revoking access ends our ability to pull analytics data but does not affect other active services.
TikTok's Terms: Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service. The STILL Agency is not responsible for changes TikTok makes to its platform or API.
By engaging The STILL Agency's Lead Intelligence Platform service, you authorize The STILL Agency to access and manage your Google Ads account via API under our Manager Account (MCC ID: 812-800-9776). You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Authorization: You are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to grant access to the Google Ads account being connected.
Permitted API Actions: The STILL Agency will use your Google Ads account access solely to: create campaigns and ad groups (requires your explicit approval before execution), adjust daily budgets within your pre-approved monthly cap (automated), refresh ad creative when performance thresholds are met (automated and logged), and add negative keywords based on weekly search term reports (automated and logged).
Budget Cap: Any budget change that would exceed your pre-approved monthly cap requires your explicit written or digital approval before The STILL Agency executes the change via API.
Your Ownership: You remain the owner of your Google Ads account and all campaign data at all times. You fund your Google Ads campaigns directly with Google. The STILL Agency does not hold or control your ad spend.
No Performance Guarantee: The STILL Agency cannot guarantee specific conversion rates, return on ad spend, or lead volume. Campaign performance depends on market conditions, competition, and budget levels outside our control.
No Data Selling: The STILL Agency will not sell, license, or transfer your Google Ads account data to any third party under any circumstances.
Revocation: You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Ads account settings. Revoking access ends our ability to manage or report on your campaigns but does not affect other active services.
Google's Terms: Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google's own Terms of Service. The STILL Agency is not responsible for changes Google makes to its platform or API.
Social Intelligence integrates with YouTube to optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for SEO purposes. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Authorization & Use: When you authorize YouTube access, we retrieve and modify video information on your behalf to improve search visibility and SEO performance.
Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of your YouTube account and all video content at all times.
No Performance Guarantee: The STILL Agency provides this service "as-is" and makes no guarantees regarding specific search ranking improvements or organic reach. While we follow SEO best practices, we are not responsible for how YouTube's algorithm responds to changes made to your videos.
Revocation: You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings.
YouTube's Terms: You are responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with YouTube's own Terms of Service.
All content on this site is the property of The STILL Agency, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print a single copy of any page for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any site content without our written permission.
By submitting content to us through this site, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it. You grant The STILL Agency a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
